1.  Introduction

2.  Services

Byte Tech LLC offers services in logo designing, web development, app development, and graphic designing. Each service is provided based on specific project requirements agreed upon with the client.

3.  Payment Terms

3.1. All payments for services must be made in full before project commencement unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

3.2. Payment methods accepted include credit card, PayPal, and bank transfers.

3.3. A non-refundable deposit of 50% is required for projects exceeding $500.

3.4. Late payments may result in project delays.

4.  Project Scope & Changes

4.1. The project scope will be defined and agreed upon before commencement.

4.2. Any changes to the project scope after the commencement will be subject to additional charges and may affect the delivery timeline.

4.3. Byte Tech LLC reserves the right to refuse any change requests that significantly alter the original scope of the project.

5.  Delivery & Time Lines

5.1. Project timelines will be provided at the start of each project.

5.2. Byte Tech LLC will make every effort to meet agreed timelines; however, delays caused by the client (e.g., late submission of materials or approvals) are not the responsibility of Byte Tech LLC.

6.  Intellectual Property

6.1. All intellectual property rights of the work created by Byte Tech LLC will be transferred to the client upon full payment.

6.2. Byte Tech LLC reserves the right to showcase completed projects in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

7.  Confidentiality

7.1. Both parties agree to keep all project-related information confidential.

7.2. Byte Tech LLC will not share any client information with third parties without prior consent.

8.  Warranty & Liability

8.1. Byte Tech LLC provides a 30-day warranty for all services to ensure the project meets the agreed specifications.

8.2. Byte Tech LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our services.

9.  Termination

9.1. Either party may terminate the agreement with a 30-day written notice.

9.2. Upon termination, the client will be billed for all work completed up to the termination date.

Byte Tech LLC – Return Policy

1.  Introduction

At Byte Tech LLC, we strive to provide the best services. If you are not satisfied with our services, please review our return policy below.

2.  Service Refunds

2.1. Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of project completion.

2.2. To be eligible for a refund, the client must provide a detailed explanation of why the service did not meet the agreed specifications.

2.3. Byte Tech LLC will review the request and may provide a partial or full refund based on the case’s merits.

3.  Non-Refundable Services

Custom design services that have been approved by the client are non-refundable.

4.  Revisions & Corrections

4.1. Byte Tech LLC offers up to three revisions per project to address any issues or changes required by the client.

4.2. Additional revisions beyond the included three may incur additional charges.
